Nautical Bowls came as a pop up booth at MUSC for a few days. I am so glad y’all came here! The nice lady at the booth was so informative about her explanation of what each part of the smoothie bowl was for a beginner like me. She talked to me for a bit and was so kind to me. My fiancé had just went into surgery, and I can’t stop thinking at how personable and sweet she was. It made this hard time a lot easier, and this smoothie bowl is delicious. I got the sunrise bowl. The blue majic coconut part is my absolute favorite. All the ingredients are very fresh. I will be visiting the booth again, and I can’t wait to try the brick and mortar location. Y’all are awesome!

Every time I come, I try new flavor bases and toppings and it’s always delicious and fresh. The service is great, the restaurant is clean and they nailed the nautical theme.

WOW 🤩 such an amazing experience! Monique is the most kind and helpful person I’ve ever interacted with. She helped me pick the perfect bowl for my taste- and it was delicious! Highly recommend the sunset bowl 🌅

Literally addicted! I truly think these sunset bowl is the best thing I’ve ever tasted. I have one at least once a week now and it’s phenomenal every time!

My favorite place for a healthy bowl. I have been all over Charleston for bowls and this is the real deal. Healthy not junk ingredients and clean and amazing service.
